In this module we will look into your ‘ideal’ customer.
Who would be the best person to sell your product or service to?
Who will benefit the most from buying your product or service?
Who will love your product as much as you love it yourself?
You can spend a lifetime trying to sell your product or service to the wrong people or looking for your customers in the wrong places. If they don’t see the benefits and there is no need for what you have to offer, then they will not be interested and they will not turn into one of your customers.
By knowing your ICA better than they know themselves, you will be able to put yourself in their shoes and see things from their point of view, and eventually sell to them much more effortlessly.
You will know better how to relate to them, build rapport and identify the best ways your
product or service can add value to them and their needs.
Do this right and you will know your perfect customer through and through. You will under-stand what makes them tick, where they ‘hang out’ and selling to them will feel like a breeze.
You will find the best ways to target them and know where you can reach them best.
This will bring you the results you want in the fastest possible way, go for that ‘low hanging fruit’, and sell to your Ideal Customer.
