You’re the boss of your life & business, and you need to make things work for YOU! Never compromise on how you want to do things.
Easier said than done? No, not really…
As an entrepreneur, one of the perks of being your own boss is that you never have to do something you don’t like doing.
Of course, there are always things that just need to get done and you have to take the good with the bad, but no one says that you have to do it yourself, you can easily outsource the things you don’t like doing in your business (as my bookkeeper knows all too well! ).
Your focus HAS to be on delivering your service and making your clients happy. Anything that’s distracting you from this, should be taken out of the equation. Don’t let yourself be limited by time, mindset, or circumstances.
If you feel that the way you’re working isn’t doing it for you, then you need to change it instantly or you’ll burn out and eventually give up. This can be in your processes, your sales, but also in how you deliver your service.
That’s the feeling I had last time when I was onboarding another client, I was looking at my calendar to plan her coaching sessions for the next 8 weeks and saw that there wasn’t much space left to add another series of one-to-one coaching sessions…
That’s when I realised that I was going to get in trouble with my time management and it made me feel uncomfortable, that I was limited in the amount of people I could help over the next few weeks.
With one-to-one coaching, although I love doing it, you need a lot of time to do these separate coaching sessions for each client that you onboard, so it automatically limits me in how many people I can help.
A feeling I didn’t like too much, so that’s why I’ve decided to solve this problem by setting up a group coaching program!
Great isn’t it! Or is it?
I can help more business owners with their sales, but on the other hand, I didn’t want to lose the bespoke and customisable part of my coaching, so that I can put together a truly bespoke sales process with my clients.
So, to accommodate this, I’m not just going to do a weekly group session, but I’m going to add private coaching to the group coaching sessions as well.
Each client will get 2 one-to-one coaching sessions on top of the group sessions. That way, I will still be able to help each of my clients to create that bespoke sales process they are looking for.
Being able to provide my services to more people, without losing the bespoke part of the program, is exactly what I was looking for. Result!
You can do this too. Find a way that works for you, don’t compromise!

This is also what I teach my clients, if they can sell their services in their own way, aligned and customised to them and their business, they will feel comfortable doing it and attract the right clients, so they can close more sales with confidence and BOOST their business.
