I’m no extrovert, I’m no introvert.
… well, technically, I’m an early Millennial, but I have more in common with Gen-X. But who cares, right…?
As long as we’re working with people, humans, there is no (and never will be) a one-size-fits-all.
People are unique.
We’re individuals, all with our own combination of feelings, experiences, education, upbringing, dreams, goals, and a whole lot of other factors that make us who we are.
And yes, there are similarities between us, no doubt, and knowing them can be useful to understand each other ‘quicker’, but only when keeping in mind that no one fits in just 1 single ‘box’.
So STOP doing it.
Stop compartmentalising everything and everyone based on age, geographical location, ethnic background, religion, gender, job description, or any other stereotype out there...
Although compartmentalising isn't always meant badly, it can limit us in seeing the full potential and uniqueness of the people around us.
Taking this into my life and my business, it helps me to help other people without being limited by what a certain 'box' prescribes.
If anything, remember this…
