Isn’t it frustrating? You have an AMAZING service, you could help so many clients improve their life & business, but they’re not buying.
You see competitors thrive while you know your service is so much better, but it’s just not happening for you.
You know why? Not because they have a bigger marketing budget, not because they have more leads, or a shinier website...
It’s simply because they’re better at selling.
And that…
I want the best service to be able to sell themselves in the best way possible, over & over again.
You could say it's in my blood, I just LOVE 'doing business'!
BUT, unfortunately I still see too many business owners struggle
They start their business from the love of their product or service, but don’t know how to sell it efficiently and if there’s one thing that makes or breaks a business, it’s YOUR SALES SKILLS.
So, if that sounds familiar to you, then start here:
I don’t believe in “a niche” as much as I believe there's ‘a type’ of client you want to work with.
For example. I work well with entrepreneurs, coaches & consultants that have a technical, financial, or change & leadership background.
The way their brain's wired works well with the way I work. Structured, analytical & to-the-point, no fluff
That doesn’t mean I can’t work with other types of clients, I do, but I target that audience to make it easier on myself. Spreading your wings too widely can make it all more confusing and counter-productive.
Focus on max. 4 of the biggest problems/needs your ideal client is facing AND that you solve.
I’m not talking about “they hate selling”, but “they feel awkward asking for the sale and are apprehensive to sell, because they don’t know how to do it without coming across pushy or sleazy”.
You have to tap into the symptom level problems and not just the high level, general issues your potential clients are dealing with.
Call it what you want: strategy call, discovery call, demo, presentation… They’re ALL sales opportunities and you need to treat them as such.
Don’t waste your time ‘just having a chat’, but structure your conversations in such a way that your prospects will be telling YOU why they need your service.
Then, it's just connecting the dots and showing them how their life/business would look like when they'd work with you.
Just a combination of human psychology, persuasive communication, the right process, and all that combined with your expertise, personality & natural charm...
Get this right and you’ll smash it!
